About This Scholarship
The Leadership Society of Arizona is proud to offer the Resilient Scholar Grant, an educational scholarship that supports individuals pursuing educational, vocational, professional, or academic advancement.
The scholarship is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated resilience, leadership potential, personal growth, and a commitment to making a positive impact on others despite life’s challenges.
Applicants are considered based on their leadership potential, resilience, educational goals, financial need, and desire to serve others.
The Resilient Scholar Grant is intended solely to support educational advancement and is charitable in nature. Scholarship awards are not compensation, employment, or payment for services.
Recipients may be awarded up to $10,000.
Application and Requirements
The following eligibility requirements are intended as general guidelines for prospective applicants. Full eligibility requirements and application instructions are provided in the scholarship application below. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate leadership potential, resilience, mentorship, or community impact
- Demonstrate motivation toward self-improvement and long-term personal growth
- Demonstrate financial need or educational hardship
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and personal growth
- Demonstrate a desire to mentor, serve, or positively impact others
- Preference may be given to students from underrepresented, economically disadvantaged, or developing regions
- Align with Leadership Society of Arizona’s mission of leadership development, mentorship, self-improvement, and simplifying life through logic-based principles
- Submit the following components to Team@LeadAZ.org:
- Completed application form
- Personal presentation or written life plan describing your goals and future vision
- Cover letter, Resume, Professional Photo
- Two Letters of Recommendation
Application Timeline: Applications are accepted throughout the year. While scholarship reviews generally occur during the Spring, Summer, and Fall award cycles, Leadership Society of Arizona may review applications and award scholarships at any time. Scholarship awards are subject to available funding.
