Registration Checklist
- Check email for receipt* of purchase (sent immediately after registration)
- Complete the Parent Permission Form (can take up to 60 minutes to arrive after registration; please check your spam folder!)
- Every student needs to complete a Bio Sheet (deadline: May 1st!)

*Be aware on your bank statements the charge will have the name Kashiwagi Solution Model Inc attached to the purchase. Please do not dispute the charge and remember it is for the LSA Summer Program.
Schedule
Program information:
- Four days | Monday – Thursday
- Main session | 9:00AM – 2:00PM
- Optional career-prep | 2:00PM – 3:00PM
- Family Award Ceremony | Thursday 3:00PM – 5:00PM
What you need on Day 1:
- Comfortable clothes | We like lots of games and activities
- Lunch or money for lunch* | Students will have a 30 minute break
- Water bottle | It’s Arizona
*LSA will be providing snacks throughout the day. Donated by PepsiCo, Coca Cola and Frito-Lay.
