The Career Success Coalition is a new initiative developed to help align students with resources, opportunities, and services that will help them to achieve success and their dreams. We seek to achieve four goals:- Partner students with a professional mentors
- Teach students how to develop soft skills and find career direction
- Connect students with companies for internships and careers
- Provide students with access to relevant online training and resources

The Career Alignment Coalition made up an International Board, which consists of professionals from all over the world and various industries. Our board members come from all over the supply chain, ranging from entrepreneurship to engineering to liberal arts.
